Must be 21+ with a valid drivers license to drive!
Helmets will be provided and must be worn at ALL times.
No car seats are allowed! Children must be old/large enough to sit comfortably in a seat.
Absolutely NO drinking and driving!
Laws are the same as a regular vehicle!
NO burnouts! Tire tread will be measured upon pickup and delivery.
Customer will be responsible for all damage!
